Career Path

Thirteen years of experience in audit and advisory. After nine years with Deloitte, in charge of the audit and statutory audit of major national and international groups, Oussama joined Baker Tilly in 2021 as senior manager, strengthening the firm’s transaction services practice.

He supervises and coordinates a wide range of audit and transaction services engagements for national and international clients, across sectors such as hospitality, industry and services. His expertise in due diligence, business valuation and the analysis of complex transactions makes him a key player in the success of these engagements.
