ISO 26000: supporting African organisations in their bid for the LUCIE Progress label

We are proud to support African organisations in their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and in their efforts to obtain the LUCIE Progress label, administered by the LUCIE Agency.

This certification, based on the ISO 26000 standard, recognises the most structured and concrete CSR initiatives, and highlights companies’ commitments in the areas of governance, ethics, labour relations and societal impact.

As part of the @S'investir Durablement Ensemble project under the Eurocham Côte d’Ivoire programme, we were delighted to support the following organisations in their certification process:

· ASENSIA AFRICA GROUP, a communications and public relations consultancy;

· CEA-Groupe SA, an agricultural consultancy;

· Ecobank Côte d’Ivoire, a banking institution

As a strategic partner and independent auditor of the LUCIE Agency, we support companies in:

· Mapping their CSR practices and identifying priority areas for improvement

· Structure and formalise an operational commitment plan, aligned with best practices and international standards

· Establish monitoring and performance indicators to measure the impact of initiatives and ensure continuous improvement

Being awarded the LUCIE label is recognition of a genuine and structured CSR approach, which brings about profound change within the organisation and is part of a process of continuous improvement.
