Baker Tilly Majer’s Tax department is dedicated to tax consulting. This department aims to provide you with the best tax advice in order to optimize your tax burden by using all the possibilities granted by Moroccan law and international tax treaties.
This department will also assist you during tax litigation in order to facilitate communication with the authorities, and thus minimize or even cancel the tax burden claimed.
This Business line assists you with legal consultations such as contract reviews, sector-specific regulations, or simply a legal opinion on a matter of concern to you, particularly in the areas of corporation law and labour law.
This department can also assist you in the management of your relations with the foreign exchange office, the recruitment of foreign employees, or the day-to-day legal formalities such as annual legal secretarial work or special operations for company incorporations, capital transactions, and the appointment of directors among others.
This service line is dedicated to bookkeeping, preparation and filing of tax returns, financial reporting, and total or partial outsourcing of your payroll.
This department can also intervene to supervise the preparation of your accounts and tax returns when these are kept internally.
We also offer our clients support during the acquisition or disposal of companies, in particular through tax, financial, accounting and legal due diligence, whether they are vendor or buyer.
